I bought these sock for my dad, who has congestive heart failure. He suffers from swollen feet, ankles, and legs (if it gets bad enough). He has other brands of compression socks but once he tried these he was hooked. He can get these on so much easier (when he’s swollen or normal) than all the other pairs he has, including the ones from the hospital. The soles of the socks provide a bit of cushion allowing for longer periods on his feet before he has to rest.I have a pair that I wear when traveling to prevent any kind of swelling in the feet or ankles. I love them they are comfortable and provide pressure but not too much.I would recommend these socks to anyone who uses compression socks or anyone who feels they might need them or just want to try them out.
