I bought them as a gift because winter started and most of the time he works outside, these socks worked perfectly and are very comfortable also the material is of good quality a good cotton, Also As it appears in the description it keeps more than 10 hours warm It is easy to set the temperature if it is low or high and it also heats up quickly without having to wait too many minutes. The batteries are rechargeable and light green when they are fully rechargeable, on the other hand they are not heavy batteries and they have no problem with making them uncomfortable with pants.What a great product and I'm glad I found it!Keeps feet a little warm could be warmer, but it a lot better than the more expressive heated sox you see. This heats your toes where others warms the ball of your feet.I have really bad cold issues, have to wear double/triple layers of clothing in the northwest winter. Multiple layers of socks weren't cutting it, tried using Hottie packets all over between layers. These socks work great for warming the bottoms of my feet (use high then medium heat levels). Wish there were socks that had wires on top of feet and up the calves as well but these are better than nothing. Wires on the side and bottoms don't bother me, don't feel them. Like that these come up to knees.I had a problem with the socks. the fit was not comfortable. I sent an e-mail to the seller and had the problem resolved immediately. a new set was sent to me and are very nice and warm. I spend a lot of time out of doors and they work very well. I only need to use the medium setting and they stay on for about 7 hours. anyone outside for any period in the cold should get these socks. worth the time and a good company to deal withI have very poor circulation in my hands and feet and they're cold year 'round. These socks, while not the most comfortable, are great for warming my frozen feet. I love 'em. I hope they last a while, I can't afford another pair but I'm glad I spent the money on these. Man, it's nice sitting on the couch at night with WARM feet for a change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have always struggled with cold feet especially when wearing ski boots or walking in the winter. I was afraid these socks would not measure up to the expensive alternative but they did not disappoint. I used to have to go to the lodge after just two or three runs ano now I can stay out all day. If you use them on low they last most of the day.I was excited to receive these thinking how warm my feet would be while in my stand in the cold. Once received, I felt like the kid on christmas morn with coal in his stocking. The best attribute is the socks themselves seem to be made of decent material that provides a tight fit. The worst is the socks provide minimal heating even on the highest setting. I could detect no heat from one sock and minimal heat from the other. The heat comes from a single wire in the socks that is poorly located resulting in localized and unevenly distributed heat. In the one sock that worked, it felt like a tiny wire that produced some heat only where the wire was. Extremely annoying and distracting as my feet were now experiecing cold spots in varying locations. My advice, ignore the positive reviews (I have big questions about those reviews and whether its low expectations or something else driving them) and buy a better product. If you have any expectations about product quality, I predict 75% or higher disappointment rate.The quality of these are unbeatable! They are super soft and comfortable. Perfect for the ones in your life that love the outdoors. Very durable quality. Comes with 2 batteries and charger. Long lasting battery life up to 10 hours. The packaging is nice also and came with a thank you note.
